You're missing credibility leverage.

Does this sound like you?

  • Your business is successful and known, but you're invisible.
  • You know you need content, but you hate filming and editing it.
  • Your network has stalled, and you're ready to meet high-caliber operators.

Now imagine this instead.

You spend an hour talking about what you know. The host brings the audience, records and publishes the episode, and puts their name behind yours. Buyers hear you for 30 to 60 minutes and arrive warm. You walk away with clips and an email, and you never had to film yourself.

You might be thinking…

  • I need a big audience
  • I need a big social media following
  • I need a crazy story
  • I need a big company exit

None of these is what gets you booked.

The host brings the audience. When a pitch fits the show, 30 to 40% of hosts write back. You're more bookable than you think.

What podcasting does for your sales

Hosts send you business, listeners buy, and the people who book a call already trust you.

  • Hosts and listeners send you clients

70% of my podcast revenue came from hosts: referrals, introductions and their own projects. Another 15% came from listeners who reached out after an episode.

  • Warmer sales calls

Podcasts hold attention better than any other channel: listeners finish about 80% of an episode. Buyers want about 43 minutes with your content before they buy, and one episode can cover it in a single sitting.

  • You're 10x more Googleable

The host vouches for you on air, every show becomes “as heard on” proof, and each episode ranks for your name on Google for years.

  • Weeks of content, without filming

Each episode gives you three to seven short clips and an email to your list, and you never set up a camera. Send a clip to a prospect before a sales call and they show up warmer.

Mike Moll talking into a podcast microphone during an interview

Hi, I'm Mike.

In 2020, my agency lost 85% of its revenue almost overnight. I didn't buy more ads. I started saying yes to every microphone I could find, mostly on other people's podcasts.

Those interviews became the most reliable channel I've ever had. I did it as an introvert with fewer than 15,000 combined followers.

Over the years, I've run marketing for global brands like Volvo and Patak's, served as fractional CMO for a $20M CPG brand, and written the book Get on Podcasts.

What you get

“I've been on 50 podcasts and never made any money.”

A founder told me that at one of my workshops. The Podcast Guesting Program is built so that never happens to you. Over 90 days, we shape your offer, build your podcast package, and coach you through your first interviews and generating revenue from them.

  1. 01

    The right offer

Your offer already sells. We shape how you talk about it, so it lands with listeners the first time.

    You get
    • Your offer, framed so listeners understand it and want it
    • A one-sentence intro that makes people want to hear more
    • One clear next step for listeners, so interest turns into calls
  2. 02

    Your total podcast package

Everything hosts need to say yes, so you get booked on the shows your buyers listen to.

    You get
    • A speaker sheet and episode ideas hosts say yes to
    • A shortlist of shows your buyers already listen to
    • Pitch emails, follow-ups and a tracker, so no booking slips through
  3. 03

The coaching that turns interviews into revenue

Every show adds a host to your network. We coach you to turn those hosts and their listeners into revenue.

    You get
    • Weekly coaching with me for 90 days, plus a review of your first interviews
    • Show prep and your best stories, so every host remembers you
    • The post-record chat (our secret sauce) that turns hosts into referral partners
    • A lead magnet and clip plan that turn listeners into leads
The Fit-First Promise

I only accept founders I know hosts will want. If our launch call doesn't give you an offer you're proud to pitch, you get a full refund.

A podcast studio founder's verdict

I spend my time with hosts and creators who get a ton of crappy emails about wanting to collab. This process that Mike is using is legit and it will work for anyone who uses it.

Insider tactics, ready to use

So much unbelievable value! I've already copied over the Canva speaker sheet and Notion CRM and will be following your method A-Z. As someone who doesn't even really listen to podcasts, getting such detailed “insider” tactics is priceless.

Every step broken down

You really broke down every step of how you do it. I really like the sticky notes to just make sure I hit on those talking points, and leveraging podcast appearances has been really good.

Frequently asked questions

Whether you're new to podcast guesting or you've tried it on your own, these are the questions I hear most.

Is this right for me?

It fits established service founders whose offer already sells: consultants, coaches, agency owners and fractional experts. You want the credibility of a personal brand without filming yourself every day. It isn't a fit if you don't have paying clients yet.

Is the $100K guaranteed?

No. The $100K is what the right founder, on the right shows, can build to over time through hosts, listeners and content. It depends on your offer and your follow-through. I've traced $386,000 to my own appearances.

What is the guarantee?

It's the Fit-First Promise. I only accept founders I know hosts will want, and we check that on your free assessment. If our 2.5-hour launch call doesn't give you an offer you're proud to pitch, tell me before our first weekly call and you get a full refund.

Do I have to become a content creator?

No. You show up for the conversation, and the host records and publishes it. Each episode gives you clips and an email you can share, and a simple plan lets your team handle that part.

Do you provide a VA?

No. The podcast package is simple enough for your own assistant to run. If you'd rather my team books the shows for you, that's our done-for-you option, and it costs more.

How much time does it take?

Most of your time goes into the launch call and the first few weeks. Your first pitches go out within days, and we aim to land your first interviews within 30 days. After that, your part is the interviews and the chats with hosts afterward.

What if I'm not confident doing interviews?

I'm an introvert too. You'll prepare your stories in three lengths and use the two sticky notes I keep by my camera. Preparation does most of the work.

Start with a free 20-minute assessment.

In 20 minutes, you'll know:

  • If podcasts fit your marketing goals
  • Where your personal brand stands today
  • What to fix before your first show

For founders whose offer already sells. Not a fit if you don't have paying clients yet.
